About our Drive-Through ExperienceIt is a contactless holiday drive-through experience like no other. Upon arrival, you and your party will be checked-in with your ticket and go on to enjoy the immersive scenes from the comfort of your vehicle.
Making their way through the nostalgic Karters' Korner’s track, attendees will experience 8 holly, jolly, festive scenes for the whole family to enjoy. Enchanted will have no shortage of spectacular special effects, innovative lighting and fantastical production, but, unlike most other experiences, will also be largely focused on scenery and interaction. With live actors (including Santa), fully built scenes, a mailbox for your letters to Santa and a sense of wonder, our Holiday Drive-Through is set to bring back our magic to Ottawa this holiday season.
Are there any vehicles that are not permitted?The following will not be granted access to the event: Bicycles, motorcycles ATVs or scooters, convertibles without roof, cars with trailer attachments, minibuses (7+ seats), buses, RVs, limos, long wheelbase vans and HGVs. Additionally, your vehicle must be under 7.5ft in height and must not be lowered. If you have any specific questions about your vehicle, please email us at info@enchantedottawa.ca.
How long is the Enchanted experience?The experience lasts approximately 15 - 20 minutes
How does Santa's Mailbox work?Write a letter to Santa telling him how good you’ve been all year and what you would like for Christmas and you can drop it off in his mailbox. Please address the envelope to:

Is it Rain / Snow or Shine?Yes. If there is a storm or severe weather, we will advise ticket holders of that specific event with further instructions
What does the timeslot on the ticket mean?The timeslot on your ticket indicates the allotment of time you have to arrive for your holiday drive. You must arrive between your timeslot for your entry to be valid. (We suggest arriving no earlier than 15 minutes before your start time)
Are tickets first come first serve?Yes, your ticket for your timeslot is first come first serve. Please be prepared to wait in line.
Is the event for the entire family?Yes, this is a family-friendly event and we encourage everyone young and old to come and enjoy Enchanted! What to do in case of an emergency?
Can I get out of my vehicle?You MUST remain in your vehicle at all times.
Can I take pictures and videos?Yes, all passengers can take pictures and videos throughout the experience but you MUST remain in your vehicles. We also encourage you to tag us in your posts and stories "@EnchantedOttawa". The driver of the vehicle must NEVER be using their phone while driving through the experience.
What is the exchange/refund policy?All ticket sales are final and cannot be exchanged for another date, timeslot, or submitted for a refund. There is a no refund policy on all tickets.
Is the event contactless?Yes, Enchanted is a fully contactless experience. From the moment you arrive, tickets are scanned either through your window or at a safe distance. You remain in your vehicle throughout the experience and none of the actors will approach your vehicle and will remain at a safe distance. Enchanted will comply with all government and public health safety guidelines and measures.
What is the speed limit?The speed limit is set to 5km/h; The pace may vary each night depending on traffic.
Can people from multiple families travel in the same vehicle?It is advised that only people from your bubble should be travelling in your vehicle with you.
Do not attend if:
If you or anyone in the vehicle has a cough, fever or other COVID-19 symptoms
You suffer from epilepsy (There will be a lot of moving lights and there may be some strobe settings)
If you have consumed any alcohol, drugs or any medication that can make you drowsy
You do not have your winter tires on your vehicle
You do not have proper car insurance
Your vehicle is not in good working condition or is low on gas
What do I do if there is an emergency?In case of emergency, please pull over to the side, put your car in park, 4-ways on and honk your horn to alert out staff.
Am I allowed to bring my dog, cat or other pets?Pets are not permitted.
** Enchanted Holiday drive will not be responsible for any damages while vehicles are on the premises**
