Hands down the most interesting and complex amongst the handful of classic blenders and brewers to occupy the golden lambic homeland Pajottenland near Brussels 3 Fonteinen blend lambic from classical neighbours and brew their own wort as well - and they'll be talking you through some of their finest. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A FRIDAY NIGHT TICKET FOR IMBC TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND. Tasting ticket price includes drinks.
