If you were at the last 86'd Mondays Fried Chicken Battle at the Drake Hotel, you'll have an idea of what kind of deliciousness we're talking about with Chef Graham Pratt's Trinidadian fried chicken. Joining him in the kitchen will be his former Sous Chef Kyla, who's from Trinidad, as well - and together they will be cooking up a serious feed for us:
