Fruit Beer Fest happens Saturday, August 13 2022 at Swanguard Stadium in Burnaby on the ancestral, unceded homelands of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking peoples! This year we welcome some of our favorite breweries, cideries and musicians. Bring your picnic blanket (or add one on at checkout), have a few drinks, relax on the fields of Swanguard Stadium, and Sing and Dance to some Beach Music from some of our favorite musicians along with a special burlesque performance from The Geekenders! 19+.

Each ticket includes entry to the event, one souvenir drinking glass, your beers and cider and live music. We do not just have fruit beer, but a curated selection of some of the very best beers and cider beverages that we have sourced from around British Columbia and from around the world along with other non-alcohol beverages. Tickets start at $69.99 + GST and Eco Fee. Bonus: The eco fee acts like a deposit and you have the option to save money next year and every other year by subbing out and returning with your clean glass. It's our little way of helping you and others fight this excruciating uphill battle of the cost-of-living increases every year and by also preventing the creation of unnecessary waste. Due to our limited tickets and the media traction we have received in the past and the scope of our unique event, we recommend you get your tickets as soon as you can as we have always sold out of early bird tickets. This has happened many, many times before. There will be no tickets available for sale at the doors.

Geekenders, called a "cult sensation" by Vancity Buzz, is British Columbia's pre-eminent geeky theatrical and performance troupe. Producing ‘nerdlesque' shows, variety shows, fandom-based parties, plays, and immersive theatre, Geekenders is, first and foremost, about community. Our emphasis is always going to be about providing a quirky, interesting evening full of art, socializing and fun for those of us who might not otherwise spend their Friday at a party.
Mad Riddim is a mash-up making, drum and bass led groove machine, mixing classic dub sensibilities with the attitude of funk and the improvisation of jazz.
Formed in Vancouver BC by drummer Richard Brown and bassist Matt Reid, Mad Riddim is founded on an intuitive musical connection and a shared vision of pushing the traditional boundaries of a rhythm section.

The Boom Booms are a celebrated Canadian band from Vancouver, BC. They blend storytelling and dance music with draws on funk, soul and latin styles. The Boom Booms have spent the last decade touring the world and playing festivals (Pemberton, Squamish Live, Toronto Jazz Fest and more)
Daniel Wesley’s music has always been a call to live life to the fullest. And on Beach Music, the West Coast singer/songwriter’s ninth full-length album, that call rings out more clearly than ever. Recorded with producer John Raham at Afterlife Studios, Beach Music finds Wesley reaffirming his roots, but also expanding on his signature brand of reggae-tinged beach music*. From highly personal tracks like ‘See Your Star’ and ‘Older Now’, to lighthearted offerings such as lead single and post-legalization anthem, ‘Fire’, the common thread on Beach Music is Wesley’s willingness to navigate life carefully but with open arms, taking it all as it comes, and enjoying every moment.
