Join Natalie in a virtual workshop under the energy of the Full Moon in Sagittarius. We will drop-in through ceremony, intention setting, journaling, sharing space, sound healing and meditation.
The Full Moon is a wonderful time to celebrate abundance in our lives and offer gratitude for what brings us light in our lives.
I believe that awareness of natural cycles, such as the lunar cycle, can help us feel closer to nature and also to understand our own inner cycles.
Full Moon Workshop will contain:
A grounding meditation
Information about the moon phase, signs and energies
Journal prompts & sharing if you wish
Intention Setting
Integration through sound healing
Closing share
What you need for this experience:
A streaming device (phone, tablet, laptop).
Headphones (optional) will enhance the sound bath experience.
A quiet space where you can be undisturbed, and comfortably sit/ lay down.
Anything you need to be comfortable (ie. pillows, blankets, eyemask, etc.)
Any crystals you work with, candles, and anything you'd like to create a mini sacred altar for yourself.
Please dress comfortably.
