We have 10 spaces outdoor in our garden studio and 10 spaces inside the studio to experience this Sound Bath LIVE IN-PERSON!
Participants lie back on a yoga mat and relax as planetary tuned gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other instruments are played to create a vibrational, healing experience that resonates with every cell in the body, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. These instruments put you in a state of deep relaxation, work to clear the subconscious, clear out stuck energy, calm the mind, and activate your body's natural healing systems.
