Indulge your senses with a garden to table dinner in a beautiful urban rooftop setting. Enjoy eight courses of fresh, seasonal cuisine while gazing on the lights of downtown Chicago – amid the beautiful garden where much of your meal was grown!
Dishes will change with the seasons, but past favorites have included such delights as Homemade Crackers with Walnut Pate, Balsamic Lentils over Grilled Squash, Poke' Watermelon Bowl, Smoked Trout over Radish Chip, Ginger Orange Soup with Basil Pistou, Grilled Fig Salad with Apple Curry Dressing, Moroccan Mushroom and Broccoli Meatballs over Quinoa with a lovely, piquant Chimichurri. Desserts like Salted Pistachio Bark and Grilled Banana Bread Pudding will round out your meal. Bring a bottle of your favorite wine or other beverage to complement your meal.

Note: class is held on the 4th floor of a walk up building with no elevator access. In case of inclement weather dinner will be served indoors in the dining room, which also has a lovely view.
