Description
A slower gentle yoga class with a focus on mind, body, and breath connection for stress and tension reduction. Beginner friendly. Yoga mats and blocks available to borrow for class or bring your own. This class is currently being taught and is ongoing.
Fee: $10.00 Per Class
About The InstructorSara has been a yogi for eight years and possesses training through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She loves the joy that yoga brings to our lives and is excited to share it.
Registration: Required for all classes. Payment is due at the time of registration.

Cancellation: Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of the class start.
Parking: We would love for you to park in the south side of the parking lot surrounding the shed.

All classes are held in Menomonie Market’s upstairs classroom. Stairs and an elevator can be found at the back of the store by the meat department. Any food purchased at Menomonie Market can also be brought to the classroom to enjoy during this class.
