George Gardener is the moniker of Irish musician George Mercer. Once known for his former explorations into a world of synthesizers and ethereal sounds, on his new lyric-focused project, George has stripped away old habits for a more raw and vulnerable lyrical striving, upheld by a minimal and spacious Indie songwriting structure, reminiscent of contemporary Indie songwriters Julia Jacklin, Cass McCombs with gentle nods to 70s soft rock, lo-fi slacker rock, and alt-country surf rock. George is joined by the live band, The Harry Phox Group, a collective of session musicians from Dublin, who regularly feature on and uphold each others music projects.
EAMON DUNNE
Eamon Dunne is a bedroom indie pop artist known for his DIY attitude and quirky music videos. With years of experience working as a live sound engineer, wedding band bassist, and producer, Dunne's foray into writing and releasing his own music allows him to integrate all of these experiences into a cohesive process. He handles everything from recording, producing, mixing, to mastering by himself.
His debut single, "Sunshine Radio," garnered acclaim for its sunny sounds and expansive vocal harmonies, earning him placement in Spotify's editorial playlist for Best New Music - UK & Ireland. This marked the beginning of Dunne's venture as a frontman, performing a series of live gigs in London, where he currently resides, at venues like The Hope & Anchor and Next Door Records, as well as gigs in Galway, Limerick and Laois.
