Please note: Children 12-Years & Under Tickets do not permit entry to the VIP area. Age restriction - If you are not 16 years old at the time of the event, you must be accompanied by an adult. The Accessible Viewing Area is now full. Tickets are not refundable except if the two-day event is cancelled in its entirety. GENERAL ADMISSION General Admission Tickets permit you entry the the event, to public areas of the event site and include limited provision of unreserved shaded seating with restricted views of the stage and rest areas away from the stage. VIP ADMISSION - VIP IS NOW SOLD OUT! Special entry via the VIP entrance. Enjoy the best seated and standing views of the stage from the raised VIP Stand. Enjoy hot and cold food and open bar on select beverages included in the price of your VIP ticket. A VIP Ticket entitles you access to all general entry areas - you are free to enter and leave the VIP Stand throughout the duration of the event. BOOKING FEES All ticket purchases are subject to a Booking Fee comprised of an e-Payment Fee and Service Charge to cover the direct costs of banking transactions and online ticket selling. The fee is per ticket and appears in your checkout basket. If you wish to pay using a currency other than GIP/GBP £s, we advise you check with your bank regarding any charges your bank may make for converting your purchase to GIP/GBP £s. NO REFUNDS Tickets are not refundable except if the two-day event is cancelled in its entirety. You consent for your image to be used in any promotional and communication materials worldwide in perpetuity. FAILED TICKET TRANSACTIONS If you receive a notification that your transaction has failed, please wait 24 hours before attempting another purchase. Important note: Replacing your e-ticket for a different type of ticket (e.g. an upgrade) or date, requires cancellation of your original ticket.
