With a commitment to conscious cooking and zero waste, the team behind much-loved Fallow restaurant launched their new chicken shop concept in September 2023, FOWL. With an entirely chicken-based menu using every part from beak to claw, head chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft aim to minimise waste that comes from the kitchen using new and creative techniques. A restaurant like no other, FOWL brings inventive chicken dishes to London’s hungry and curious. And what’s more, in May they’re collaborating with foodie friend Professor Green to create a personalised, limited-time dish to sit on the menu.
