Book a tour and dive into the brewing process and hear the stories behind Kaapse Brouwers beer. Included in the tour is a tasting of four delicious Kaapse Brouwers beers.
Kaapse Brouwers and Motel Mozaïque have joined forces specially for the festival to produce a hyper-local, sustainable and special craft beer. A homegrown beer: all the raw materials and ingredients for this beer come from the vicinity of Rotterdam. Demonstrating that it all doesn't have to come from far away to brew a super fine beer. A beer that comes about through considerably short(er) chains and is therefore many times less taxing in terms of footprint. During this tour you will learn more about the beer! And taste of course!
