Given the recent local and global developments in the last few weeks, we all had to adjust our plans massively - as a result, we made a decision to move the whole of Spring events season online and make it available to as many people as possible, with trust and deep knowing that with every change there comes an incredible opportunity to reinvent and offer our vision to our local and global community in new ways.
Join Josie Danielle for an immersive healing journey deep into your heart chakra to open your heart to greater love, joy and compassion. You will be held in a sacred space and guided through a beautiful healing experience, exploring meditation, rituals, essential oils, sound and energy healing.
The heart chakra is where we give and receive love. It is a place of profound connection. Located in the middle of the chest, it governs the lungs and heart area and is associated with the element of air. Just as we cannot live without air, we cannot live without love.
The heart chakra is associated with the colour green and governs springtime. Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. Trees, plants and flowers blossom and come back to life. The sun gives more light to the earth, which naturally activates joy and love within us. Just as mother earth awakens in spring, we do too. It is the perfect time of year to dive deep into the heart space.
Josie will introduce us to the heart chakra and then guide us on a deep experiential journey through meditation, sound healing, tuning forks, light language and energy healing channelled to the heart chakra to realign and activate the energy.
Chakras are the portals between our inner and outer worlds and form a rainbow bridge between mind, body, spirit, heaven and earth. Discovering the chakra system is a natural yet profound way to reclaim your personal power and ignite transformation in your life.

Preparation
This online gathering is intended to nourish and relax your soul. Find yourself a comfortable and quite setting for the session. We ask please set up a calm and comfortable place with a pillow and blanket so
you are ready for the meditation/sound healing with Josie.
Please wear an item of green clothing if you have any as this is the colour of the heart chakra so it will support the healing
Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session
Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session
Wear a pair of headphones
Our online gatherings are done via Zoom. On the day you will receive an email with a link to join the event. The link will take you straight to the session if you are joining on your desktop.

About the Josie:
Josie Danielle is an intuitive energy healer and empath. She works closely with sound through her team of alchemy crystal bowls, tuning forks and light language channelled through her voice. Known for her compassionate nature and natural affinity with energy, she holds an authentic and nurturing space for shifts to unfold on many levels. She guides others with love, to release from emotional, physical, spiritual and mental blockages through deep energy work and sound.
Josie had an intense awakening to her healing abilities in 2011, which led her on a path of self-discovery and profound transformation as she followed her calling. She launched her practice in 2014 and has devoted her life to be in healing service to divine and therefore humanity ever since. She is a trained Reiki Master Teacher and has also explored other trainings including sound therapy and womb healing.
Her offerings include one to one energy healing sessions, sound healing, international retreats, reiki training and womb healing. She has been featured in British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle and Mr Porter. Her intention is to continue spreading awareness of the power of energy healing and sound because she passionately believes these natural tools are powerful catalysts for growth and awakening and are here to help raise the consciousness of humanity.
