Heart & Mind is a visionary movement and a participatory event that has successfully run in New York, London and Poland for the last seven years. Through art, music, culture and visionary workshops and activities, we will come together to deepen the connection to our hearts and minds and create new visions for the future of ourselves, the earth and humanity. All proceedings of the festival are dedicated to support indigenous traditions and communities around the world. The festival is woven together with sacred music, and highlighted with very special performances by musicians who use the deep vibrations of sound to catalyze transformation. The deeply magical use of music as medicine is rarely experienced in the modern world. You are invited to participate, and become a part of the music, through your dance, singing, bring whatever instrument you have, or just clap your hands. Your own unique sacred sounds will emerge out of you.
