RSVPs are now closed. We are in the process of sending information to everyone who registered. If you missed the RSVP you can still register at check-in during the event. Please remember, event seating is available on a first-come first-served basis! We are hosting the Winter Championship at the Meliá Nassau Beach from Thursday, March 23, 2017 to Sunday, March 26, 2017. Group stage games will be played on the first two days, after which the competition will switch to a bracket format to determine which four players qualify for the World Championship on the weekend. Event Times Seating in the Independence ballroom is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Doors open for pre-show activities at 8:45 a.m. local time for the first three days, and at 9:45 a.m. on championship Sunday. Check In To be eligible for the card backs and souvenir, you’ll need to check in with a member of the Hearthstone team outside the ballroom when you arrive. You need to provide a government issued photo ID and your Battle.net account email when you check in. The name on the photo ID must match the name of the Battle.net account holder. The souvenir will be given to you onsite, and the card back will be granted to your Hearthstone account later. Note: You only need to check in once during the event. Activities During the event, you’ll be able to mix and mingle with members of the Hearthstone team, some of your favorite streamers, and competitors playing in the Winter Championship.
