This class will cover how to make kombucha safely at home, including secondary flavoring. You'll get a flight of seasonal kombucha flavors to taste!
The experience includes:
Instruction on how to make kombucha at home
A flight of Kombucha tasters
a live kombucha culture (SCOBY) to take home
A take-home 16oz bottle of kombucha that you will flavor in class with seasonal fruits and herbs
