Come to us a yoga lover, leave a yoga teacher.
Over the past decade, we’ve built a training programme that creates best-in-class yoga teachers. We’ll give you all of the skills and understanding needed, covering the philosophy, history and science of yoga as well as ways to structure your classes and deliver them beautifully. You’ll try out teaching methods from the very first session, so by the time you’ve completed the course, you’ll be a pro - literally.
About the open evening.
We regularly hold online open evenings to give you an opportunity to meet the lead teachers, hear from recent graduates and ask any questions you have about the courses. Please join us to learn more about our 200hr yoga teacher training courses running in 2025. Our open evening on 9th January 2025 will be hosted by Sunita, who leads Hotpod Yoga’s teacher training.
If you have time, we suggest you join one of our classes beforehand, to give you a feel for all things Hotpod Yoga. We'll send you a link to join the video call via Zoom on the day.
