This meeting is for staff from Nottingham Schools Trust (NST) and Nottingham City primary schools only.
At our spring term Inclusion Network meeting, we will be covering the following topics:
A Community Public Health Nurse from the 0-19 Public Health Nursing Team will be attending to discuss the referral pathway for schools and support that this service can offer children and families.
An OT will be attending to tell us more about their service (tbc).
