Experience India in ONE day from the safety of YOUR vehicle at Paramount Fine Foods Centre on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event will take place at Paramount Fine Foods Centre in Parking Lot A1. Entrance for the event will be through the South most entrance, (Parking Lot A1), closest to Matheson Blvd. When entering from Matheson Blvd, you will enter through the first entrance on the left (Parking Lot A1). This is a FREE community event and we want to ensure as many people as possible can come and visit this exciting event, therefore we ask that: A maximum of one ticket and time slot per household; any duplicate reservations under the same name or license plate will be forfeited. Parking Lot Gates Open at 11:20AM and Event Starts at 11:30AM The Last Time Slot available is 6:30PM Support the India Day Food Drive: India Day Drive-Thru Parade is completely FREE to the community please take this opportunity to support Seva Food Bank and Sai Dham Food bank, who will both be on site and have donation drop offs at the entrance. Important Event Safety Information: The Paramount Fine Foods Centre puts safety first. All guests and staff are required to adhere to current Public Health and City of Mississauga guidelines regarding COVID-19 prevention in areas including: Vehicle Spacing Entering and Exiting Vehicles Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff Wearing a mask in public spaces is required under By-law 0169-20 Contactless Ticketing Food Trucks (food handling protocols in place) Event will proceed “rain or shine,” except during extreme weather conditions Know Before you Go: All guests must remain in their motor vehicles at all times. Masks will not be available for purchase at the venue. All guests MUST have a mask for entry, as in accordance with City of Mississauga By-law 0169-20 We recommend all guests arrive with personal hand sanitizer All vehicles must have a ticket to enter Gates open 10 minutes prior to your time slot; the event runs on a first-come, first-serve basis, please arrive on time Food Trucks will be on site but all food and drink orders MUST be pre-ordered via food truck websites. Please visit the following links to pre-order your food, Kirtida Kitchen must use password IndiaDay or Chaska no password required. Food & Beverage will not be available for purchase onsite; MUST be ordered in advance using the links above. We recommend you bring your own food and beverages, alcohol is NOT permitted. Glass containers, large coolers, and grills are not permitted onsite. For up-to-date details regarding the event, please check our website at paramountfinefoodscentre.com Onsite Information: Each ticket admits one standard passenger car, truck, or SUV (RV’s and limousines not permitted) Maximum number of individuals in a vehicle cannot exceed seatbelts, if there is an excess you will NOT be permitted entry All guests will be subject to screening questions prior to entry Sound will be broadcast through FM radio; the station frequency will be provided upon arrival No re-entry permitted Guests must adhere to all Paramount Fine Foods Centre rules and policies, including all City of Mississauga by-laws Guests must remain in their vehicles at all times. Food pre-orders, from the 2 on-site food trucks, will be delivered to your vehicle via food runners. Please don't exit your vehicle at anytime. Guests must complete the entire Parade Route before departing the parking lot Children should not be left unattended Paramount Fine Foods Centre staff reserve the right to move and/or eject any vehicle or patron The City of Mississauga is not responsible for any lost or stolen items Events are subject to cancellation in cases of extreme weather This is a timed event, if you arrive late or at the incorrect time slot, you may not be granted entry. Please check your ticket and arrive on time. Signs/banners/Flags will be checked for correct sizing at the time of entry. Signs cannot be slanderous or libelous or defamatory.
