Session Description: Our session will start with a loosening exercise followed by asanas and pranayama (breathing exercise). The effects of steadiness, stability and holding of asanas on body are beyond physical changes. If your goal is to feel relaxed, happy and energetic then join Radhika on this yoga journey. The physical benefits will include improving spinal flexibility, weight loss and stretching. The asanas will be intermediate level difficulty and can be modified as per individual comfort.
About Radhika: Radhika is a Certified Yoga Instructor (200-RYT) with a focus in Hatha yoga. Radhika has been practicing yoga since she was 15 years old. Radhika holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas Arlington.
