Jay Phelps has performed with some of the world’s top artists such as; Wynton Marsalis, Shabaka Hutchings, Amy Winehouse and Wizkid.
With an instantly recognisable warm and projecting trumpet tone, Phelps is a household name on the international Jazz scene with worldwide streams exceeding 700k and his DJ sets are becoming legendary. Canadian born Jay Phelps has had an exciting career spanning over 20 years and currently performs on a regular bases in London with Steam Down, Reuben James, Patterns where his charismatic energy has also lead to his own recent sold out nights at Jazz Cafe and Ronnie Scott's.
As well as creating the YouTube music documentary series Ear to the Ground (A spin off from his WWFM show), Jay has also founded SoulEndvr in 2021, a music casting agency for TV, Film and advertising (featured on Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO and BBC).
