We're very excited and grateful to have Brandon Jones of Embrace the Funk / Yazoo Brewing Co. as a guest lecturer for 2019 SPON Day on December 7th!
Brandon will lecture on his philosophy, approach, and best practices for making wild and spontaneously fermented beer. The lecture will be from 2-3pm in Jester King's barrel room and feature Yazoo and Jester King beer.
Ticekts are $30, and 25 tickets are available. 100% of proceeds will go to the W.O. Smith Music School, which makes affordable, quality music instruction available to children from low-income families.
