The City Of London will be honoring Jimi Hendrix with a second Blue Plaque on June 10. Experience Hendrix, together with the Hard Rock Hotel London, will be unveiling this Blue Plaque in what would be his 80th year. The Hard Rock Hotel in Marble Arch [formerly the Cumberland Hotel] is famous for being the last London residence of Jimi before his untimely death and the Blue Plaque unveiling event will commemorate the time that Jimi spent here.
