Description
The background of "Jinsha" is rooted in China's unique Sanxingdui culture. The Sanxingdui ancient site is located on the south bank of the Yazhou River, northwest of Guanghan City, Sichuan Province, with a distribution area of 12 square kilometers. With a history of 3,000 to 5,000 years, it is the largest, longest-lasting, and culturally richest ancient city, ancient country, and ancient Shu cultural site discovered in the southwestern region to date.
"Jinsha" tells the poignant and eternal love story spanning three thousand years between the main characters "Jin" and "Sha." Through beautiful music and a perfect stage presentation, it recreates the grand scenes of the ancient Shu capital 3000 years ago.
In the ancient Shu capital of Jinsha, approximately 3000 years ago, the incarnations of the sun god bird "Jin," the fish "Pisces," the wu wood spirit "Ebony," and Ebony's master "Sha" lived happily in the kingdom of Jinsha. However, the war between the Sanxing tribe and the Jinsha royal family led to the shattering of the sacred object "Sun God Bird Golden Foil," and the four characters were separated, destined to meet again in the next life.
In 2001, "Sha," reborn as an archaeologist, arrived at the Jinsha capital site and discovered the remnants of the "Sun God Bird Golden Foil," triggering a surge of memories. "Ebony" decided to replay the past, helping "Sha" recover her memories.
In the transcendent journey through time and the reenactment of the past, "Ebony," "Pisces," as well as the war-loving "General Fire" and the elegant "Ms. Hibiscus" were moved by the steadfast love of "Jin" and "Sha," awakening "Sha's" memories and helping "Jin" and "Sha" reunite. However, during the millennium-spanning journey, "Jin's" wings gradually fell, and life dwindled. The beautiful "Jin" passed away with the wind, leaving behind the grieving "Sha," calling out his eternal longing for her.
