Join us for an empowering evening celebrating women in sport, featuring two engaging discussions that highlight both the challenges and triumphs of female athletes and specialists. The first panel, "Off the Track," will focus on the challenges women face behind the scenes in training, coaching and navigating women's health in sports, with guests including Eve Hurst (Girls Training Together President), Nicole Burns (Sheffield United FC Sports & Exercise Therapist), Hannah Campbell (UoL Lecturer and Researcher Female Health in Sports, Exercise and Physical Activity) and Charlotte Williams (LDM Basketball Girl's Programme Lead). The second panel, "On the Track," will delve into the unique experiences of performing and competing in the spotlight, with guest speakers including Claire Cashmore MBE (British Paralympic Swimmer and paratriathlete), Melina Irawo (Powerlifter and British Bench Press Record Holder), Suzanne Glavin (Head of Leeds Sport and previous Professional Rugby and Netball Player for Wales) and Sarah Moore (previous British Racing Driver).
