The theme will be Winter Wellbeing. This forum will be a valuable opportunity to connect with partners, including key third-sector organisations from across the city, share knowledge, and explore collaborative solutions to the challenges facing older people in Leeds.

Presentation by Leeds Older People's Forum (LOPF):
The size and impact of the third sector in health and care in Leeds
LOPF's work, including Age and Dementia Friendly Communities, and how we support health, wellbeing, and independence.
How LOPF and our members contribute to LCP priorities such as frailty, transport, and winter wellbeing.
Breakout Sessions:
Digital Inclusion – Exploring the challenges of digital health services for older people and those digitally excluded.
Social Isolation and Mental Health – Addressing the increasing complexity of needs in older populations.
Transport – Tackling the barriers that prevent people from accessing health and wellbeing services.
Cost of Living – Examining the unequal ageing experience across the city due to poverty.
Networking Opportunities:
Meet with stallholders and gather information on available support services.
Hear 2-minute pitches from organisations showcasing their work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experts, share your experiences, and strengthen partnerships. We welcome colleagues from PCNs, social prescribers, ARS roles, NTs, social workers, and others in the health sector.
