Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound at The William Vale on TUESDAY, January 28th - in the Vale Ballroom.
Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body - an opportunity to connect to your inner and outer worlds.
Join us so we can take a breath together and share in a moment of pause and celebrate the lunar new year.
Please note - doors will open at 6:45pm and we will begin promptly at 7:15pm
Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (pool towels will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own mat).
