Gallus
Gallus have toured Europe extensively over the past 12 months and in addition to headlining the River Stage at TRNSMT they will be flying straight in from playing Hungary’s Sziget Festival, one of the Continent’s largest music events.
Gnoss
Fresh from a string of festival dates in the UK, Italy and Switzerland, Gnoss bring their special brand of trad to Edinburgh for the first time this year. Set to showcase at WOMEX in October, North American dates will follow in the new year.
Indoor Foxes
Indoor Foxes is the musical vehicle of Leither Martha Barr, whose intense, grunge-infused set won a legion of new fans at year’s Wide Days showcase and has led to bookings in Sweden and Spain.
Iona Fyfe
Award-winning Aberdeenshire artist, Iona Fyfe has toured in Austria, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Spain, Switzerland and in 2025 is set to return to the US. A strong advocate of the Scots Doric, she sings both pop and folk in the language.
Nimbus Sextet
Nimbus Sextet have been making waves on the UK jazz scene and boast a strong international connection with guest musicians on their forthcoming album including Brazilian vocalist Ze Leonidas (Caixa Cubo), American percussionist Steve Forman and Gambian balafon player Sefo Kanuteh (Baba Maal). Overseas tours take place at the end of the year continuing in 2025.
The Big Day
This year The Big Day have already played to capacity audiences at Sweden’s Future Echoes showcase and Brighton’s Great Escape Festival, performed at Belladrum and supported The Charlatans. In September they tour the UK and have just been confirmed for the HOZO Festival in Vietnam
