Join Shanila Sattar for a mystical sound bath and energy healing experience! Open up to manifestation in a beautiful sound bath experience with 432hz crystal quartz singing bowls, gong, and other instruments curated to help relax the mind, ease the body, and get us into deep states of bliss. Sound baths are a vibrational form of energy healing that gets you into deep states of meditation. I call this the cheater's way to meditate for people who have a hard time meditating! The laying down experience helps to soothe the over active body and mind, and allows you to restore on a cellular level. I'll be coming around and playing Tibetan bowls on your body, helping you go deeper into the experience, while your entire body feels like a big musical instrument. I'll support activating energy points on your head, hands, and feet that will guide you into deep relaxation and healing. You'll leave feeling juicy and centered! First time? No worries. I gotchu. Logistics - come early to park and get checked in. The sound bath will start right at 6pm CT. There is no late entrance. 1. Find a cozy space inside the venue where you can sit or lay comfortably for our time together. Bring yoga mat or a sleeping bag to lay on. Other comfy suggestions include pillows, fluffy blankies, eye masks, water, and extra layers like socks or sweater that'll keep you snuggly. 2. Bring a notebook or paper to journal peacefully after the experience. 3. Bring your favorite crystals and magical items to create a healing space. 4. Invite friends and family to experience it with you. 5. Experience the entire duration of the sound bath. We can't wait to manifest with you!
