*May not be used for festivals, promotional shows, or benefit concerts, as well as any other Metallica appearance not included in the M72 World Tour dates announced on October 24th, 2024. “I Disappear” early entry is after “Frantic” Early Entry GA Package group.
**Purchases made within 60 days of the first show of the tour will not include a personalized "I Disappear" laminate. Instead, a generic commemorative tour laminate will be provided at the first show you attend.

Q: What does the “I Disappear” Ticket include?
A: By purchasing an “I Disappear” Ticket, you will have General Admission access to any and every show of your choosing for the dates and territories granted by your selected package. You will have early entry access - this will allow you to enter the venue ahead of the standard General Admission entry, after the Enhanced Experience customers with early entry. Please note that Snake Pit access is only available through Enhanced Experience packages and is not included as part of your “I Disappear” Ticket.
Q: Can I use my “I Disappear” Ticket to attend any Metallica concert?
A: No. The “I Disappear” Australia/New Zealand 2025 Ticket is valid only for Metallica tour dates announced on 24 October 2024. The “I Disappear” Ticket may not be used for festivals, promotional shows or benefit concerts, as well as any other Metallica appearance not included in the M72 World Tour dates announced on 24 October 2024.
Q: Will “I Disappear” ticket holders have the first chance to access early entry to the concert?
A: No. Enhanced Experience customers with early entry packages will have the first chance to access the concert. “I Disappear” ticket holders will be allowed entry after Enhanced Experience ticket holders. Both groups will have early access before general ticket holders.
Q: When will I be able to personalize my laminate?
A: Photo submissions will be requested within 90 days of the first show of the tour. I Disappear tickets purchased within 60 days of the first show date will not receive a personalized laminate. Instead, a generic laminate will be provided. Names cannot be changed once the I Disappear ticket has been purchased.
Q: How will I receive my “I Disappear” personalized laminate?
A: Your “I Disappear” personalized metal laminate will be available for pickup at the first show you attend on the tour.
Q: I have lost my laminate, what should I do?
A: Your personalized laminate can only be issued to you once and cannot be replaced. You can still collect your tickets using a valid photo ID.
Q: Can my personalized laminate or tickets be shipped to me?
A: No, your laminate will be given to you at the first show you attend. Laminates must be collected in person, by the named ticket holder at the first show attended. Tickets must be collected prior to each show reserved.
Q: Is there a purchase limit?
A: Yes, “I Disappear” Tickets are capped at TWO (2) tickets per purchaser. If you purchase two “I Disappear” Tickets, you will receive two laminates. One laminate will be in the name of the purchaser, and one will be in the name of whomever you choose to assign it to at the time of purchase. Once assigned, the name and photo cannot be changed.
Q: How do I reserve my spot at shows and get my tickets?
A: As the tour approaches, we will contact you via email to see what events you would like to attend. You will have up to ten (10) days before a show to reserve your spot. Once reservations are made, your tickets will be available to collect at the check in location, specified in the pre-show mailer, sent 3-5 days before the show. Guests without reservations will be denied entry at the door.
Q: When will I receive more information about the shows I have reserved tickets for?
A: Once you have reserved your tickets for a show, an email will be sent to you to confirm your attendance and detail times, locations and venue specific information like bag policies and security information. This can be expected 3-5 days prior to each show you select to attend. If you have not received the pre-show mailer and your show is less than 3 days away, please contact MET.DISAPPEAR@SUPERFAN.LIVE
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Information and details regarding each venue's bag and security policy will be sent to you 3-5 days before each show you reserve.
Q: Can someone else use my “I Disappear” Ticket?
A: No, the “I Disappear” Ticket is strictly non-transferable and if resold will be revoked. You will be asked to present valid identification at entry to verify that your legal name matches the name engraved on your metal laminate.
Q: Is parking included?
A: No parking is included.

Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by met.ee.au.nz@superfan.live to the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately met.ee.au.nz@superfan.live. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location). All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick-up name, please contact met.ee.au.nz@superfan.live within 10 days of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted for change of mind. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan-to-Fan Resale. Partial attendance at a single day event or multiple-day event is not eligible for a refund.
