You decide how many shows you'd like to attend around the world, and for how long, and we'll make it as easy as possible.

One (1) special edition metal laminate - personalized with your name!**
*May not be used for festivals, promotional shows, or benefit concerts, as well as any other Metallica appearance not included in the M72 World Tour announced on November 28th, 2022.
**Purchases made within 60 days of the first show for each leg of the tour will not include a personalized "I Disappear" laminate. Instead, a generic commemorative tour laminate will be provided at the first show you attend."

Thank you for your interest in Metallica's “I Disappear” Tickets! Please note that policies differ between the “I Disappear” Tickets and the Enhanced Experiences.
Q: What does the “I Disappear” Ticket include?
A: By purchasing an “I Disappear” Ticket, you will have General Admission access to any and every show of your choosing for the dates and territories granted by your selected package. Please note that Snake Pit access is only available through Enhanced Experience packages. You will need to request your shows ahead of time via our reservation system. You will also have early entry access - this will allow you to enter the venue ahead of the standard General Admission entry.
Q: How do I reserve my spot at shows?
A: You will be prompted at checkout to select your desired shows from the list of tour dates applicable to your selected package. You will have the option to alter your reservation at a later date, so don’t worry if you don’t have them all chosen now. As the tour approaches, we will contact you via our reservation system to see if your plans have changed. You will have up to 10 days before a show to reserve your spot. Guests without reservations will be denied entry at the door.
Q: I purchased an “I Disappear” Ticket. How do I get access to the shows I want to go to?
A: For any show you wish to attend, you must make a reservation ahead of time. You will be prompted at checkout to select the shows you are interested in attending, and may request a reservation for a specific show no later than 10 days ahead of a show’s date. You will receive an email at a later date with instructions on how to edit your reservations.
Q: How will I receive my “I Disappear” Ticket laminate?
A: Your “I Disappear” Ticket metal laminate will be available for pickup at the first show you attend on the tour.
Q: Can someone else use my “I Disappear” Ticket?
A: No! The “I Disappear” Ticket is strictly non-transferable and if resold will be revoked. You will be asked to present valid identification at entry to verify your legal name matches the name engraved on your metal laminate.
Q: Can I use my “I Disappear” Ticket to attend a festival, for example Download Festival at Donington Park?
A: No. The “I Disappear” Ticket is valid only for tour dates announced for the Metallica M72 World Tour announced on November 28th, 2022. The “I Disappear” Ticket may not be used for festivals, promotional shows, or benefit concerts, as well as any other Metallica appearance not included in the M72 World Tour announced on November 28th, 2022.
Q: Is there a purchase limit?
A: Yes, “I Disappear” Tickets have been capped at TWO (2) tickets per package however you can purchase more than one type of package. If you purchase two “I Disappear” Tickets, you will receive two laminates. One laminate will be in the name of the purchaser, and one will be in the name of whomever you choose to assign it to at the time of purchase.
Q: I want to give the “I Disappear” Ticket as a gift to a friend or family member.
A: If you are purchasing “I Disappear” Tickets as a gift for someone, it is very important that you complete the order with the other person’s name, as this is the name that will be used for their metal laminate. For questions, please contact met.disappear@superfan.live
Q: Will “I Disappear” ticket holders have the first chance to access early entry to the concert?
A: No. Enhanced Experience customers with early entry packages will have the first chance to access the concert. “I Disappear” ticket holders will be allowed entry after Enhanced Experience ticket holders. Both groups will have early access before general ticket holders.

A maximum of 2 tickets may be purchased per transaction. All prices displayed are in USD. All “I Disappear” Tickets are non-transferable and if resold will be revoked. To use your “I Disappear” Ticket you must make an advance reservation for each show you plan to attend. “I Disappear” Tickets are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All “I Disappear” Tickets are non-transferable and if resold will be revoked.
Each ticket is valid for entry to Metallica M72 Tour dates and may not be used for festivals, promotional shows, benefit concerts or any other Metallica appearance not included in the tour announced on November 28th, 2022. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted prior to the beginning of the tour with additional details and reservation instructions specific to their package schedule. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
