Q: What’s included in the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience?
A: This exclusive viewing platform offers an incredible view from the stadium floor, and is private for just you and up to seven (7) additional guests (8 person max). The platform includes complimentary beer and water served from a YETI cooler (please note: cooler is for serving drinks only and cannot be taken home), one limited edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item for every member of your group, plus a M72 World Tour branded folding chair for you to take home (8 chair max). Guests will also have access to the official “Black Box” pre-show lounge.
Q: What is the private viewing platform?
A: This is a raised platform at the base of a production tower encircling the stage on the stadium floor. Less than 75 feet from the stage, this is the best viewing opportunity of the concert provided in the entire stadium. The viewing platform also provides easy access to the GA standing area.
Q: How many people can come on the platform?
A: The platform can host up to eight (8) guests.
Q: Is there seating on the viewing platform?
A: Yes! Seating will be provided for all eight (8) guests.
Q: How long will we have access to the platform for?
A: You will have access to the platform from the time doors open up until the end of the show, however you will be required to leave the platform during part of the set to allow for production elements to take place for a duration of approximately 3-5 minutes. During this time you will be able to enjoy the show from the general admission standing area. Venue security will personally notify you when you need to vacate the platform and will let you know when it is safe to return.
Q: What is the “Black Box” pre-show lounge?
A: The “Black Box” pre-show lounge is the site of the official pre-show party, exclusive to select Enhanced Experience customers only. Access to the lounge includes THREE (3) complimentary drinks as well as appetizers and bar snacks. You will be sent more information about the location of the pre-show lounge prior to the event!
Q: What drinks will be in the beverage cooler?
A: The cooler will be pre-stocked with beer and water before your arrival, and will contain two (2) beverages per person (16 total). Beverages vary depending on market and local restrictions. Please note that all drinks must be poured, as no glass or aluminum is permitted on the platform for safety.
Q: Is parking included?
A: None of the Enhanced Experience packages include parking.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience?
A: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for Enhanced Experiences. Most concerts are open to all ages, but age policies vary with each venue. Please refer to the venue website for age restrictions for each concert.
Q: Are tickets to the show included in the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience?
A: Yes! This package includes tickets with access to the viewing platform and the general admission floor. Please note that Snake Pit access is not included.
Q: How do I get my tickets for entry?
A: After a purchase is completed you will receive a booking confirmation email which will be used to collect your tickets alongside the purchaser's photo ID. Your tickets for entry will be distributed the day of the show at Enhanced Experience check-in (not at venue box office will call).
Q: When will I receive more information about the show I am attending?
A: Detailed information regarding check-in times, locations and venue specific information like bag policies and security information can be expected via email, 3-5 days prior to each you are attending. Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
A: Your limited edition Metallica x YETI drinkware items will be distributed at check-in on the day of show. Your M72 World Tour branded folding chairs will be on your platform to use during the show, which you will be able to take home after the show. Please note that any merchandise not brought home by guests cannot be shipped after the event. Each “Lux Æterna” Private Platform includes one (1) limited edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item and one (1) M72 World Tour branded folding chair per guest with a maximum of eight (8) each per package purchased.
Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: We do not have any storage for guest merchandise. You will need to keep merchandise on your person, or leave it at your seat at your own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.
Q: Can merchandise be shipped to me?
A: No, all merchandise associated with the package must be collected on the show date. Merchandise will not be shipped under any circumstances.
Q: Does the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform offer accessible seating?
A: If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of an Enhanced Experience program, please reach out to us once you have completed your purchase at MET.EE.NA@SUPERFAN.LIVE
Q: Can I sell my “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience tickets?
A: No, unfortunately Enhanced Experience tickets cannot be resold. Tickets that have been resold will not be valid.
Q: Will single-day “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience be available for two-day shows?
A: At this time, in all cities with two shows, all “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience packages will only be available as two-show packages. As of January 17th, 2025, any remaining packages will be available as single-show packages. Please note that there is no inventory being set aside for the switch from two-day to single-day packages. If a package is sold out prior to January 17th, then there will be no single-show packages available for that date.
Q: Can different people attend on the first and second night of the two-day shows?
A: Yes! The group host must remain the same, but the additional group guests can differ between the two event shows. Please note, only one (1) Metallica x YETI drinkware item & one (1) M72 World Tour branded folding chair per guest is included in your package, with a maximum of eight (8) each. Additional merchandise will not be provided for purchasers returning with different guests for 2-day packages.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.
Q: Is there a purchasing limit for this package?
A: Yes, the limit is one package per customer. Each package includes tickets for up to seven (7) guests + the purchaser. Eight (8) attendees per day will be permitted entry, including the host.
Q: How do I transfer my package to a friend?
A: All Enhanced Experiences are non-transferable and non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please email MET.EE.NA@SUPERFAN.LIVE.
Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
A: Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the terms & conditions for more details.
Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: More information about your Enhanced Experience will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event, including the check-in location and schedule.

Terms and Conditions
Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by met.ee.na@superfan.live to the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately met.ee.na@superfan.live. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated Enhanced Experience check in location (or other designated location). All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in. You will be required to leave the platform during part of the set to allow for production elements to take place for a duration of approximately 3-5 minutes. Venue security will notify you when you need to vacate the platform and will let you know when it is safe to return. If you need to add an alternate pick up name, please contact met.ee.na@superfan.live within 10 days of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred.
