Drawing for Young People – Zoom Class
This online course is designed for students aged 12 to 16 who want to learn the fundamentals of drawing or work on portfolio pieces. The course will cover the basic drawing principles and techniques such as proportional measurement, perspective and shading. Genres will include still life, portraits and figure drawing. The focus is to build perception skills and hand-eye co-ordination, because all drawing is an active way of SEEING. Students who have enjoyed Drawing with Kathy in the past are encouraged to sign up for an additional term. Kathy spends the majority of the class working one-on-one with each student to help them advance their skills. Class is limited to 10 students.
