Session Description: Of course, you have heard that "eyes are the windows to the soul". Ancient Vedic texts reveal the power of Eye Shakti- sending healing energy to another's soul using a very specific eye process. For this home practice, you will need a photo of the soul you'd like to work with. I will also teach you how to decharge any stress or negativity you may be carrying, using the power of the 5 Elements: fire, water, air, sky & earth. In this series, we will focus on the Water element so you will need a bowl or rose or regular water.
This is a really beautiful practice and is much needed during this time of Covid19 isolation and our transition to the "new normal" that will hopefully be happening soon.
