When we gather for each other in a circle of trust, the potential for healing is vast.
NUSHU Group is a space to speak truths out loud and be witnessed with love, compassion and non-judgment.
Triggers are windows into ourselves. In a safe space, we will examine the things that trigger us and what those triggers can teach us. A deeper understanding of our triggers can guide us to where we need to create change in our lives and to release stories that no longer serve us.
What is NUSHU Group? In a world of increasing disconnection and loneliness, NUSHU Group is an opportunity to experience intentional community, where we have the permission, conditions, and support to share what’s on our mind and in our hearts and connect deeply with other human beings. It is a space where we do not fix or give advice, but where we simply witness others and are witnessed ourselves. In a small group and guided by a facilitator and prompts, this modality allows us to powerfully access our own healing, to know ourselves in order to remember our wholeness and catalyze positive change.
A fundamental premise of our work with NUSHU Group is that Group is a modality that creates and promotes accessibility. Our goal is to make NUSHU Group available to anyone who can benefit from it.
