The full moon is a time to celebrate the peak of our creative energy and access our intuition. This time in the lunar cycle is all about embodiment and is deeply nourishing.
The Moon gives us a map to a cyclical way of living; the blueprint for a life that breathes in harmony with the rhythm of the natural world around us. She teaches us about the importance of embracing quiet and reflective times as much as celebrating the times we experience life in its fullest expression. She informs us when to plant the seeds of our dreams and when to take stock and harvest what we have been growing. What will you discover about yourself when you tune into the moon?
Join Laura Reeves and eco-wellbeing platform As We Live & Breathe in this monthly self-care ritual as we sit in circle and are guided through a meditative journey towards reflection, intuition and intention, and share our experiences together.
Delivered by Laura Reeves, a physical release and heart connection specialist.
This ceremony takes place via Zoom, a free app your can download to your laptop, tablet or phone. A livestream link will be sent via email (to the address registered) with joining details just before the ceremony begins.
What to expect
We invite you to light some candles and prepare your space so that you can really drop into a state of relaxation and body connection.
We recommend finding a comfortable seat and having cushions and blankets to hand to provide support, comfort and layers for any time in stillness.
A journal/notebook to record anything that comes alive for you in the ceremony will be helpful.
Sessions take place via Zoom and you will receive the livestream link just before the session starts. You're welcome to have your camera on or off for the session.
