Many of us drink alcohol, and have done so for much of our lives. Drinking is normal, and yet, many of us find ourselves wanting to drink less—and not knowing quite how to change our habits. Moderate drinking is often a subtle habit that our collective wisdom continues to ignore.
The good news is that it's often much easier to change your patterns than you might think. In this open conversation we will share our thoughts, beliefs and relationships with alcohol, and explore the new context of wellness and neuroscience that is revolutionizing how many of us feel about drinking.
