Join us at Piltown GAA club with Pauric Mahony, Richie Power & Barry Hennessy on March 3rd (7:30pm) for a hurling and camogie coaching clinic with three icons of the game.
Pauric Mahony, Richie Power & Barry Hennessy will collaborate for a practical coaching day designed to upskill aspiring coaches of all levels about the crucial elements of the game. They will then run on-field drills and games to show how to apply these elements with your team.
After a quick discussion brief with attendees to understand what they would like from the day, we will then focus on multiple aspects of the game — including tackling, shooting, tactics, defence, attack, playing with tempo, and much more.
It will be a dynamic, insightful evening with men who have won all the major titles in the game, and will no doubt help you become a better coach. All enthusiasts are welcome to attend, and will be free to ask the coaches questions. As our saying goes: 'Learn, so you can teach.'
