Description
Are you interested in pickling and preserving at home? Want to start making all of your pantry staples from scratch? Do you love to DIY? Come join us to learn all about pickling, preserving, and fermenting seasonal foods.
We'll talk about the tools and equipment you need at home, buying great ingredients, and how to plan and prep so you can pickle and preserve year-round. You'll get hands-on experience making the menu items and you'll have 3 chef-instructors there to help!
The atmosphere will be fun and convivial and we’ll have beer and wine. This makes for a great date night, night out with friends or evening with your parents/adult children!
