The East L.A. natives have been performing in their current incarnation since 1984, but the musical roots of three siblings – brothers Steve, Joey and Bobby (abetted by fourth member David Kelley) – stretch back nearly half a century.
Their Latin-tinged blues carried the competition, while Joey Delgado also earned the IBC's "Albert King Award" for best band guitarist. "
