Join Aodhnait Lombard and Will van Zyl, Level 2 certified Wim Hof Method instructors, for an incredible Ice Bath experience! Less focus on a separate breath practice and more on the tools you need to get your mind, body & breath prepared for a short ice bath. Complete with warming up techniques so you are ready to continue the party!
