Enter the prize draw for a chance to win a pair of tickets for the War Child benefit concert at O2 ACADEMY BRISTOL on Bank Holiday Monday May 2nd 2022.
To be in with a chance to win tickets, for each £10 donated you will receive three separate entries into the prize draw, alternatively you can enter the draw for free.
The prize draw can be entered either by donating online ( CLICK THE BUTTON ABOVE) or for free by sending a postcard with the entrant’s name, address and e-mail address clearly written in black or blue ink to WAR CHILD BRISTOL, Studio 320, Highgate Studios, 53-79 Highgate Road, London NW5 1TL.
Everyone entering the prize draw will also be sent a link to watch a high-quality live stream of the whole event.
You can enter the prize draw as many times as you like. All proceeds from the concert will go to War Child UK ( a registered charity , charity number 10171659) to fund their important work.
Until May 31st any donation to War Child UK will be matched pound for pound by the UK Government, which means your generosity will go twice as far. Your donation will help the unfolding crisis in Ukraine, and match funding from the UK Government will also go to Yemen where millions of children are still in desperate need of protection from conflict.
The prize draw will open on Thursday April 7th 2022 and closes at midnight on Sunday April 24th 2022. All postal entries must also arrive by midnight April 24th 2022. The winners will be chosen randomly on April 25th 2022. 600 winners will each receive two tickets to the concert, a maximum of one winner per household.
All winners drawn from the prize draw will be sent an email from Ticketmaster on Monday 25th April providing a unique passcode and a link to redeem digital tickets via Ticketmaster. Winners have until 6pm on Wednesday 27th April 2022 to redeem tickets. Entrants will be notified by email of any remaining tickets Thursday 28th April, such tickets will be available on a first come first served basis . A maximum of one winner per household will continue to apply.
Below are the key terms that apply to this prize draw. Please ensure you have read the full terms and conditions here before proceeding with your entry.
1. Each single entry into the draw is a chance to win a pair of tickets. Every £10 donated will receive three separate entries into the prize draw.
2. You must be over 16 at the time of entry. No under 16s will be admitted to the event without the accompaniment of someone over the age of 18.
3. All proceeds from the concert will go to War Child UK. The donation is non-refundable.
4. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.
5. All winners must provide valid photographic ID (passport, driving licence, or ID card) matching the winning name to gain entry to the event.
6. Each prize draw winner must be present at the time of entry into the event and must be attending the event.
7. The winning tickets are non-transferable and any transfer, or attempted transfer, will invalidate them.
8. This prize draw is run by Crosstown Concerts and by entering you are contracting with Crosstown Concerts and no other third party. Ticketmaster UK Limited/ Universe and any Ticketmaster related entities are therefore not responsible to participants in respect of any aspect of this draw and accept no liability in this regard.

10. The payments of all costs and expenses involved in attending the event are the responsibility of the winner(s). Any and all applicable taxes or costs in relation to attending the event are the responsibility of the winner(s).
11. The running order of the event may be subject to change.
12. Doors for the event will open at 5pm. All winning attendees must enter the venue by 8pm on May 2nd 2022. Any attempted entry after that time will be refused and tickets deemed void.
13. Entering multiple times will increase the chances of winning however the maximum number of tickets than can be won per household is two.
14. If any notification to winners is returned or undeliverable, or tickets not redeemed by Wednesday 27th April 2022 at 6pm, such winners will forfeit all rights to receive these tickets. Any remaining tickets will be offered to entrants Thursday 28th April 2022 on a first come first serve basis. The maximum of one winner per household will continue to apply.
15. The prize will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
