Robotic Adventures in STEM
Attendees: ALL young people in P4-P7
Days: Every Tuesday from 30 January to 19 March (excluding 13 February & 5 March)
Time: 4:00pm-5:15pm
Location: Media Suite | McLeod Street | Tynecastle Park
Using the Lego Spike Essentials kit participants dive into the realms of STEM while exploring the world of robotics and its endless possibilities.
As part of a dynamic team, participants are empowered to channel their creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills to design, build, and code their very own robots. At this club, imagination knows no bounds!
Our dedicated team of experienced mentors and educators will help build a foundation for your young innovators’ success in their future careers that are not just limited to robotics or technology – the skills they develop here are universal!
Ready, Set, Lego! is a club for young people in P4-P7 to start or continue their robotics journey – no previous technology experience required. All equipment is provided, instructions will be easy-to-follow, and refreshments will be provided!
Please note: Due to high demand and limited tickets, only those with a confirmed space will be allowed to attend the club - this does not include being on the waiting list.
Please note: We are running this club three times in total from September to May. You can only sign up to one of these clubs, so that we can reach as many young people as possible.
