This 4-class rebirthing series is focused on energetic clearing and deep healing:
Classes are on a First Come, First Serve Basis for the first 8 NYC participants for this intimate gathering.
This transformational series offers a powerful reset, engaging in practices aimed at healing your ancestral, karmic, and samskaric blueprints. Experience deep cleansing of the psyche, revisiting your birth, past lives, and present moments, allowing for profound rewiring and renewal.
Each class will include yoga, meditative rebirthing exercises, sound and mantra, relaxation, and live gong.
Whether you join for the full series or individual classes, this is a perfect opportunity to harness the renewal that the Spring Season offers.
Who can attend? This series is open to anyone willing to engage in core practice and contribute to a supportive group environment. Come with an open mind, open heart, and compassion for yourself and others.
