Election season got you feeling tense or out of sorts? Join us for a 3-hour immersive experience designed to help you release stress, reset your mind, and recenter your energy- no matter what happens on November 5th! This journey will combine breathwork and sound healing to guide you towards emotional balance and deep relaxation.
Through a guided breathwork session, we’ll clear emotional blockages and create space to process any lingering tension, confusion, or frustration. We’ll then move into a beautiful sound bath, using the healing vibrations to reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of peace amidst uncertainty. Finally, we’ll perform a beach-front ritual to release any lingering emotions, doubts, or fears, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged in the face of this election.
This event is open to all levels and all political views. Early bird pricing available until Election Day (Nov 5), after which price will increase to $111.
What to expect:
Opening- connecting & settling in

Details:
Please refrain from eating a heavy meal before- we will be taking deep breaths which may upset a full stomach
Wear comfortable, loose clothing
Mats, blankets, pillows and water/refreshments will be provided
It is not recommended to practice breathwork if you have heart or blood pressure problems, have epilepsy, glaucoma, detached retina or have undergone surgery within the past 8 weeks. Caution should also be used for anyone in early or delicate pregnancy. If any of these conditions apply to you you are still welcome to participate- an alternate breathing technique will be given for anyone who wishes to use it.
About your hosts:
Julia is a 400-hour certified breathwork facilitator, 200-hour + certified yoga instructor, and mindset coach based out of New York City.
Julia’s background in engineering & construction led her to experience firsthand the toll that stress and demanding work environments can take on one's physical and mental well-being. When all else failed, Julia turned to alternative healing practices to help her to overcome this stress and burnout. She is now passionate about using her knowledge to help others do the same.
Through her practice, Julia combines her scientific background and lived experience to deliver healing modalities with empathy and compassion. She creates a safe and nurturing environment, guiding clients through various breathing techniques & movements designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and access deep healing. Her goal is to empower individuals to tap into their inner strength and resilience in the face of life's challenges.

About Myda:
Myda is a 500hr RYT with additional training in Functional Anatomy, Meditation and Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Sound Healing. For as long as she can remember, Myda has been interested in what it means to heal- heal others or heal oneself.
After a year of observing patients in her study of acupuncture and her own struggles with an auto-immune condition, she realized how disconnected people felt from their own bodies and how disempowered they were in their own healing.
It was through her practice and eventual teaching of yoga, meditation, and sound work that Myda began to understand that every human body has inherently within it the power to heal. She realized that there is often a gap between what the body is truly capable of and of what the mind has been conditioned to believe it is not. It is through the bridging of this gap where healing occurs as one meets oneself at the edge of who they are and who they are meant to be, free of conditionality.
Myda works with a variety of crystal singing bowls to re-connect to and sustain our inherent harmonic vibration of wholeness that runs throughout our physical and energetic bodies. Through guided contemplation, breathwork, meditation, and sound, she facilitates a personal experience in which one can access their unique yet innate capacity to be healthy and whole; be it by releasing no-longer-needed patterns of tension; by gaining greater clarity and vision; or by simply resting in the resonance of the higher frequencies of joy, love, and harmony.
