In spite of the seemingly breezy lifestyle he's been living - with a cute cheerleader girlfriend, a class presidency that is assuredly his, and all the popularity at high school a boy could ask for, he still feels as though he doesn't quite fit in. His concerns go relatively unnoticed apart from occasional visits to his therapist to talk about his nightmares, but everything comes to a head when his sister's ex-boyfriend Blanchard hands him a surreptitiously recorded tape of his family, seemingly engaging in a sinister orgy with each other...Alongside all of the butt jokes anyone could ever want, Society is an aggressive Invasion of the Body Snatchers-esque story, absolutely skewering the rich yuppie culture of the 1980's by depicting them as murderous, incestuous beasts.
