Description
The waiting is over! Rolling Loud sets to debut in Hong Kong this October! Get ready for the first-ever 2-day outdoor hip-hop festival in town!
Anyone who breaks these rules can be refused entry or be asked to leave the site who no refund. Bag search is required - refusal will result in no admittance.
The programme information is for reference only. The Organizer reserves the right to change programme information or schedule should unavoidable circumstances dictate;
No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled;
All tickets are standing only. You must be aged 12 or above;
Please bring along the valid identity document to attend the event. Acceptable proof of identity documents are: Hong Kong Identity Card, Macau Identity Card, Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau or Passport. No copies of any form of identification documents will be accepted;
Alcoholic beverages only be sold and served to people who aged 18 or above. Drink responsibly and in moderation. Do not drink and drive. The Organizer reserved the right to require the participant to produce a valid identification document for inspection;
Maximum of 10 tickets per customer for each transaction;
Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) / Alipay / Wechat;
Each ticket admits one person only. A valid mobile or printed QR code must be presented for admission. The Organizer reserved the right to require the participant to produce a valid identification document for inspection;
No ticket scalping. The Organizer reserves the right to void the ticket if it is resold or used for any commercial purposes or association;
Unauthorized duplication of the ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. Unlawful resale (or attempted) is ground for seizure or cancellation without refund or compensation;
No replacement ticket or wristband will be issued for any damaged or lost ticket or wristband;
Please ensure earliest arrival as possible to the venue to allow for the process of full security search and go through metal detector checking before entering the event;
Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event. Bags larger than 15 X 12 X 8 inches (38 X 30 X 20 cm) are not allowed in the event;
Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event. All professional cameras, video/voice recorders, drones or GoPro Cameras are not allowed in the event;
For safety reason, selfie sticks, flag sticks, flags, stools, folded chairs, (electric) bicycles, (electric) skateboards, (motorized) scooters, pets, umbrellas, glass bottles, weapons, projectiles, lighters and aerosol cans, fireworks, pyro or laser devices are prohibited;
No outside food or beverages is allowed in venue;
No baggage storage service will be provided at the site. Self-Service Lockers located at Elements or Left Baggage Service at Kowloon station is recommended to store the restricted items. According to the above mentioned service that we recommend is out of the management scope of the Organizer. No liability or responsibility is accepted by the Organizer for any lost or related issues;
Smoking is prohibited in the venue, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, waterpipe tobacco or heat-not-burn products. Designated smoking area will be provided. This area will be fenced off with clear signage noting that;

No drugs are allowed inside or outside the event;
Zero tolerance policy to illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected or found in possession will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the Hong Kong police. Officers will also be actively searching for offenders;
Medical station will be located at the venue, and will be clearly marked and visible from afar. Trained EMTs will be on-hand in these tents to address any and all medical incidents, and please don’t be afraid to stop by a medical station – even if you just have a question. Additionally, if you see anyone at the festival who appears to be in need of medical assistance, please inform a member of our medical or security team, or even help him/her find their way to the medical station;
Please respect the nature, plants, trees and public facilities. The Organizer reserves the right to claim damage if a violation is found.

In case of ticket disputes, the decision of Live Nation Electronic Asia shall be final.
今年10月，全球殿堂級嘻哈音樂節 Rolling Loud 將首度登陸香港，準備於城中舉辦最大型的雙日戶外嘻哈音樂節，一同掀起嘻哈熱潮！
任何違反以下現場守則人仕將會在不獲退款情況下被禁止入場或被請離場。手提袋及背包會於入場時被檢查，拒絕合作者將被禁止入場。
節目資料只供參考，主辦單位有權更改節目資料及時間表；
除非活動取消，否則將不會獲得退票及退款；
全企位門票，您必須年滿 12 歲或以上；
請攜帶有效的身份證明文件正本出席活動，接受文件包括香港居民身份證、澳門居民身份證、來往港澳通行證 或 護照。恕不接受任何形式的身份證明文件副本；
所有含酒精飲料只會售賣或供應予 18 歲或以上人士，並請適量飲用酒精飲料，切勿酒後駕駛。主辦機構保留要求購買酒精人士出示有效身份證明文件正本之權利；
每位購票者於每筆交易可購買最多 10 張門票；

每張門票只供一人進場。入場時必需於手機中顯示或列印出有效的二維碼進場。主辦機構保留要求入場人士出示有效身份證明文件正本之權利；
嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如被其他機構使用或轉售、或作其他商業用途，主辦機構保留取消門票之決定權；
未經授權複製門票可能會阻止您進入場。若有人非法 (或企圖) 轉售門票，門票可被檢取或取消並無法獲得退款或賠償；
活動門票或手帶如有遺失或損毀，將不獲任何補發。敬請小心保管；
所有觀眾請確保能夠盡早到達場地，以便進行全面的金屬探測器安全檢查程序；
觀眾入場前，必須接受手提袋檢查。禁止攜帶 15 X 12 X 8 吋 (38 X 30 X 20 厘米) 以上之手提袋進場；
場地範圍內不准進行未獲授權的攝影及錄音。所有專業相機、攝錄、錄音器材、無人機或 GoPro 均禁止帶進場內；
基於安全理由，場地範圍內不准攜帶「自拍棒」、旗桿、旗幟、矮凳/可折疊式座椅、(電動) 單車、(電動) 滑板、(電動)滑板車、寵物、長傘、玻璃樽、任何武器、打火機、噴霧類物品、不准發放煙花、煙火、或使用激光儀器；
不准攜帶任何外來食品或飲品進入場內；
請注意現場並不會提供任何寄存服務，如有上述限制物品，建議到鄰近圓方商場內的自動儲物櫃 (按此參考詳情及收費) 或 九龍站內的行李寄存服務 (按此參考詳情及收費) 暫存相關物品。由於以上建議的寄存服務並不屬於主辦單位的管理範圍之內，如在寄存過程中遇到遺失或其他問題，主辦單位恕不負責；
場地範圍內嚴禁吸煙，包括傳統香煙、電子煙、水煙、或加熱非燃燒煙草產品。場外設有指定吸煙區域，屆時留意現場指示；
有關西九文化區 (公眾休憩用地) 附例及指引, 請按此瀏覽；
嚴禁攜帶及在場內和場外吸食毒品；
絕不容忍任何非法藥物使用或交易行為。現場任何人士一經發現或有相關嫌疑者將會交由香港警方處理；
現場均設有急救站，由受培訓的急救隊伍駐守並處理任何醫療事件，全力為有需要人士提供協助。如果你感到不適，或發現有人出現不適狀況，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員，或協助他們轉移到急救站，由他們去妥善處理；
請尊重大自然並愛惜場內及場外的植物和公共設施。如發現任何違規人士，主辦單位有權追討有關賠償；
