We'll have plenty of parking! Check-in is 3PM-1AM on Thurs and Friday. On Thurs, it will begin at 100-266 S Maplewood Rd (Lot 1) and move to the new parking lot at 553 S. Maplewood Rd (Lot 2) after the first parking lot fills up on. On Friday, check in will be at Lot 2. Lot 1 is within walking distance, Lot 2 is too far too walk and you will have to take the shuttle bus.
Parking Shuttles run on loop:Thurs & Friday 3PM-1AM,Saturday 12PM-8PM, Sunday 11AM-4PM.
After hours check-in is available Thurs and Friday 1AM-2AM, Friday 12PM-4PM, and Saturday 1PM-7PM, by calling Mara who can meet you at the front gate. (845) 313-5798. There’s NO after hours check in outside of these hours so, plan accordingly.
Never drive directly to campus even to drop off or pick up bags. It is not allowed by the town because it causes traffic jams and blocks the buses. Highway police regularly pull people over and do car searches - please be safe and don't mention S-R.
