We are NOW TAKING BOOKINGS for RICS APC Mock Interviews for Session 1, 2022
All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
1. Pick your package ticket (1,2,34,5 or 6 details below)
2. Answer the additional questions - When answering the booking questions please answer them all carefully
Location is always ONLINE
Date / Day / Time - You are selecting a preferred week commencing date(s) and a preferred day(s) and a preferred time(s). We will endeavour to match your preferences to our assessor availability. (We recommend having your mock interview 3/4 weeks prior to your final assessment interview)
Pathway - Please select your pathway correctly - If your pathway is not noted in your list, please contact us and we'll endeavour to source an assessor for your pathway.
APC Route - Please select carefully the type of APC process you have undertaken
3. Payment - You can make this at the time of booking and payments must be cleared prior to your Mock Interview date.
We have six package options for you. We are holding our Early Bird Rates until 31.08.21.

DeLever Online Mock Interviews include:
An online Pre-Mock briefing, exactly like the real APC assessment
Using ZOOM online platform (RICS Use TEAMS but we prefer ZOOM as it provides a better environment and post event recordings)
A FULL one hour APC interview
Assessed by two Active APC Assessors* (incl. an APC Competency expert from your pathway)
All chaired by Jon Lever FRICS (Who has trained over 7,500 APC Assessors)
A 15 minutes post-mock instant feedback with the Assessors
ALL filmed / recorded and a copy sent to you within 7 to 10 days, to aid your preparation and revision
Access to Jon Lever FRICS for queries after your mock
1.5 hrs Formal CPD The Mock Interview focuses on your declared competencies and is a perfect revision practice.
NB: Wherever possible, your interview time will be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

IMPORTANT Terms & Conditions
A 60 minute Online APC Mock Interview - With DeLever real and current APC Expert Assessors/Chairs. The DeLever APC mock interview is as close to the real thing as we can make it. The interview questioning will be based on your personal APC submission documents, just like the real APC final assessment. The mock interview is followed immediately by a 15 minute instant feedback critique from the Assessors based upon your performance.*
Pre-Interview - We have a pre-interview briefing... just like at the real RICS APC interview!
Post interview - Coaching is available (at an additional charge, or if you buy one of our discounted package offers) with the APC Assessor from your pathway.
Recording - Both the mock interview and the feedback session will be recorded so that you can review your performance and the questions asked, after the event** The recording of your mock interview and feedback session will be emailed to you to download within 7 to 10 days after your mock interview.
Cancellation / change of date - If you wish to cancel or move your mock interview less than 1 (one) month from your originally booked date DeLever will only be able to provide a refund if we can resell the mock interview place to another candidate, because we will have already committed the time and booked the assessor.
Please email your complete submission document - to karen@delever.com no less than 2 weeks before your mock interview. This must be your final submission and one single PDF document.
Joining instructions - we will communicate with you prior to your pre-mock meeting and again prior to your mock interview too
Post-Mocks ADD-ON Packages - e.g. Coaching, PreSub DocRev & iSpy reports will be organised separately by DeLever and you will be introduced to the APC Expert Coach who will support you with these
* Please note the assessor(s) provide their comments on the basis of your performance at the mock interview. However, this does not guarantee that you will pass the real APC, nor that a 100% identical assessment will be made by the Assessors at the real final assessment as this is always dependent upon your performance on the day.
** The recordings are provided on the basis that the recording equipment functions perfectly. Should there be a malfunction DeLever will endeavour to provide you with an opportunity to gain further feedback from the assessors.
