Cancellation Policy
If S4x23 is cancelled or no longer an in person event, a full refund will be provided.
If government travel policies prevent travel from your location to Miami South Beach, a full refund will be provided.
A 90% will be provided for any cancellation requests prior to Dec 14th (two months prior to the event).
A 50% refund will be provided for any cancellation requests prior to Jan 14th (one month prior to the event).
Attendee names can be changed at any time if a colleague will attend in your place.
Privacy Policy and Code Of Conduct
All attendees must abide by the Code Of Conduct. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers or staff.
The data entered to purchase a ticket is subject to the S4 Events Privacy Policy.
There will be cameras at S4x23 capturing the event activities. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and approve the use of your image in S4 content and promotional materials.
